1. Eligibility and Registration

To register and maintain an account on jalibo, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at all times:

• You are at least 21 years of age at the time of registration and throughout your use of jalibo's services.
• You are a natural person and not acting on behalf of any corporate entity for the purpose of gambling.
• You are accessing jalibo voluntarily and for personal entertainment purposes.
• You have not previously been self-excluded from jalibo or had an account closed by jalibo for a breach of these Terms.
• You have not been diagnosed with a gambling disorder or been placed on a self-exclusion list by any other gaming operator that currently affects your ability to gamble responsibly.
• The information you provide during registration — including your mobile number and any other details requested — is accurate, current, and complete.

jalibo reserves the right to request verification of your eligibility at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory verification may result in suspension or closure of your account and forfeiture of any outstanding bonus funds. Each player is permitted to hold only one registered account. Operating multiple accounts constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in permanent account closure and recovery of any winnings obtained through the duplicate accounts.

2. Account Security and Responsibility

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your jalibo login credentials, including your registered mobile number and password. jalibo strongly recommends that you:

• Choose a strong, unique password that is not used on any other platform.
• Never share your login credentials with any third party, including family members or friends.
• Log out of your account after each session, particularly when using a shared or public device.

jalibo will not be held liable for any losses resulting from unauthorised access to your account where you have failed to take reasonable precautions to protect your credentials. Any activity conducted through your account will be deemed to have been authorised by you unless you have reported a security concern to jalibo prior to the activity taking place.

3. Deposits and Withdrawals

jalibo supports deposits and withdrawals via the following payment methods available to players in Bangladesh: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank, and other locally supported channels as updated from time to time. All transactions are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). The following conditions apply to all financial transactions on the platform:

• The minimum deposit amount is ৳100 unless otherwise stated in a specific promotional offer.
• You may only deposit funds from payment accounts registered in your own name. Deposits from third-party accounts are not permitted and may result in account suspension and reversal of the deposited funds.

jalibo does not charge transaction fees on standard deposits or withdrawals. However, your payment provider may apply their own fees, which jalibo has no control over. It is your responsibility to check with your payment provider before initiating a transaction.

4. Bonuses and Promotions

jalibo offers various promotional bonuses to new and existing players from time to time, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, and seasonal promotions tied to events such as the BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup, Eid, and Pohela Boishakh. The following general conditions apply to all bonuses offered on the jalibo platform:

• Each bonus offer is subject to its own specific terms, including wagering requirements, eligible games, minimum deposit thresholds, and expiry periods. These specific terms are published alongside each promotion and form part of these Terms.
• Bonus funds are credited separately from real-money funds. Real-money balances are used first in all wagering activity. Bonus funds are released as withdrawable cash only once applicable wagering requirements have been satisfied in full.
• Bonuses are offered to individual players for personal use. Any attempt to claim bonuses through multiple accounts, use of automated systems, or any form of coordinated abuse will be treated as a material breach of these Terms.
• jalibo reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any bonus offer at any time without prior notice. If a bonus has already been credited to your account and the offer is subsequently amended, the original bonus terms at the time of credit will apply.
• Winnings generated entirely from bonus funds, without any real-money wagering contribution, may be subject to a maximum withdrawal cap as specified in the individual bonus terms.

5. Betting Rules and Sports Wagering

The following rules apply to all sports betting activity on jalibo, including but not limited to cricket (BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup, Bangladesh Tigers fixtures), football, kabaddi, and any other sports markets offered on the platform:

• All bets are final once confirmed. jalibo does not accept requests to cancel, modify, or reverse a confirmed bet, except in cases where a market is voided due to an event cancellation, postponement, or result that falls outside the scope of the original market definition.
• In the event of a match abandonment or postponement, bets will be settled in accordance with jalibo's official sport-specific rules for that market, which are available on the relevant betting page.
• jalibo reserves the right to void any bet placed on a market where the odds were published in error, including clear pricing mistakes resulting from technical faults or human error. Players will be notified of any such voidance and the staked amount returned to their account balance.
• The use of automated betting tools, bots, scripts, or any software designed to gain an advantage over the standard user interface is strictly prohibited. Detection of such activity will result in immediate account suspension.
• Arbitrage betting — placing bets designed to guarantee a profit regardless of outcome by exploiting odds differences — is not permitted on jalibo and may result in account closure and forfeiture of profits generated through such activity.

6. Casino and Game Rules

8. Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the jalibo platform. Engaging in any prohibited activity may result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of account balance, and reporting to relevant authorities where applicable:

• Registering an account if you are under 21 years of age or on behalf of any person under 21 years of age.
• Providing false, misleading, or incomplete information during the registration or verification process.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, jalibo shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the platform, including but not limited to:

• Loss of funds resulting from your own betting or gaming decisions.
• Service interruptions, technical faults, or periods of downtime beyond jalibo's reasonable control.
• Delays in payment processing attributable to third-party payment providers including bKash, Nagad, or Rocket.
• Unauthorised access to your account resulting from your failure to maintain adequate credential security.
• Any changes to game rules, odds, or market availability made in accordance with these Terms.

jalibo's liability to any individual player, in any circumstances where liability is established, shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the liability claim.

10. Privacy and Data

11. Amendments to These Terms

Your continued use of the jalibo platform following notification of any change constitutes your acceptance of the amended Terms. 12. Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. jalibo operates an internal dispute resolution process as a first step for any player complaint. They supersede all prior or contemporaneous communications, representations, or agreements, whether written or oral, relating to the same subject matter. If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable under applicable law, that provision will be severed and the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.
